Getting to know you...
So, I have been trying to prepare for the diet. I have been watching some great videos. The terms used by the hcg dieters take some getting used to. Here's some basic info...
Phase 1 -Loading (2-3 days)
Phase 2 -500 calorie low fat Simeons plan + HCG (23 or 37 days)
Phase 3 -No starch or sugars (21 days)
Phase 4 -Diet adapted to personal needs
I've heard many vloggers refer to day__ of P__. For example day 4 of P1.
I plan on vlogging, but thought that I would start on day one. This is research phase :)
